Hot wheels, a brand owned by American toy giant Mattel, recently announced a partnership with NASA to launch the Mars willpower model. The model is a 1:64 scale reproduction of the real willpower rover, providing a wealth of details. The model is now on sale in the company's stores for $1.09.

This model is based on the drawings and photos of the actual aircraft provided by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, so it has a lot of details. In the past few decades, hot wheels has worked with NASA to develop several similar vehicles and spacecraft, including five JPL or NASA themed "action packs" from 1997 to 1999. These include JPL sojurner Mars probe, Apollo mission, Galileo mission, John Glenn and JPL return to Mars.
